Dossier sells football intelligence reports and related subscriptions. The service is operated by Epona Solutions Ltd, trading as Dossier.

What you are buying

Reports are digital intelligence summaries prepared from public football records, club websites, public social media, match footage where available, and editorial checks. They are not betting advice, employment advice, or guarantees of future performance.

Payment and delivery

One-off reports are paid through Stripe and unlocked online after payment. Pre-built reports unlock immediately. Custom reports are placed into production after payment and are normally delivered within one business day for player reports; club and league work may take longer if scoped as bespoke work.

Coach match uploads

Free coach match analysis is adult-match only. Do not upload youth, academy, school, junior or under-18 match footage. Free coach match analysis is provided in exchange for permission to use the uploaded match footage, frames, clips, derived tracks, metadata and report-quality feedback to test, evaluate and improve Dossier's football-analysis systems. Do not use the free upload if you do not have authority to share the match for that purpose.

Use of reports

Reports are licensed for the buyer's personal or internal club use. They may not be resold, republished as a competing product, or stripped of attribution. Each paid report may be watermarked with the buyer email to discourage unauthorised forwarding.

Accuracy and corrections

We work from the public record and check material points before publication, but football data at this level can be incomplete. If something is wrong, email [email protected] and we will correct it where appropriate.

Subscriptions

Newsletter subscriptions are active-season digital content for the league selected at checkout. We pause billing outside active coverage and resume only when that league newsletter is live again. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.

Refunds

Our refund policy is set out at /refunds. In short, all sales are final once digital access, delivery or production starts, except where a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction is required by law.
